Back from Vegas

Every time I go to Vegas I leave with the feeling that the city is the ultimate example of "build it and they will come." It doesn't produce anything tangible, yet most cities envy the cash that flows through it.

If you want a quick lesson in marketing and how the human mind works, just wander through the casinos as you wander along the strip. Notice where things are placed. Notice where traffic is encouraged to flow. Look at the high priced bling sellers right outside the bathrooms to take advantage of the people waiting for others to come out.

Capitalism in its' most pure form.
